Conference and Meetings in Wells Somerset at the White Hart Hotel.

We host a variety of events from week long training sessions to board meetings. We have two dedicated meeting spaces that offer flexibility for small meetings or large conferences. The White Hart can also be booked for exclusive use events.

The Hart’s Head Room
The “Hart’s Head” room is a large self-contained conference room situated on the first floor. It is ideal for private events, has lots of natural light, air conditioning, its own breakout area with bar/lounge

The room is also equipped with the following AV:

The Library
This room is situated on the ground floor and can be set up with a round table for meeting up to 10
We also have a smaller meeting space that can accommodate up to 12 board room

We have some parking available at the hotel, there is also Waitrose car park 3 minutes walk from the hotel

If you are having an all day meeting for 6 or more delegated you can take advantage of our special daily delegate package that includes the following:

3 servings of Tea and coffee
Buffet lunch served in the room or in Sadler’s Brasserie
Room hire
Bottled water
Biscuits in the morning and cake in the afternoon
All AV equipment
£45.00 per person (min 6)

Should you wish you hire just the meeting space and pay for extras separately the following room hire prices apply:

The Hart’s Head Room
Full day: £150.00
1/2 Day: £85.00

The Lounge Room
Full Day: £50.00
1/2 Day £35.00

If you need to accommodate any of your delegated our 15 en suite bedrooms have been fully refurbished and come with Neil’s Yard bathroom amenities, flat screen TV’s. fast internet and hand made beds.

Sadler’s Brasserie

Our relaxed restaurant is the perfect distracting to keep your delegates focused when they go back to their meeting.  Serving local seasonal dishes made with passion from a team of dedicated chefs.
